Hi all,
Last night was 20 mins forest walk on the treadmill. Then 2 sets of pull downs, front and behind. 2 sets of Roman chair and inverted chair. 2 sets of an arm machine that works the backs of the bicept and 2 sets of inclined bench press. Then 120 crunches, middle, both sides and with knees up. Followed with 25 mins on the recumbent bike on varied setting.
I was taught along time ago to do 2 sets of 10-12 of a weight that the last couple were really tuff so that is what I did.
Tonight I get a pedi and a manicure for Cancun so this will be an off night. Tomorrow is bowling so I am going to try and get at least a walk in.
Next full work out is Thursday.
Speaking of suits, tried on the 3 I am taking to MX, they all fit! I was a bit scared!cause I would've been pissed if they were too small.
