I just got back from the gym and did some arm work.  Going to the gym tonight for my kick boxing. It snowed here last night so I guess that means a heat wave.  Yep, it can be to cold to snow.  High today of 17, I am getting out the bathing suit for sure So my friends, Did You Move To Lose and or Maintain Today?  Come on in and share and inspire Stay Strong, Sexy and Sassy Take care, Kathy

Hey Kathy, you know my exercise has been a big stinker since day one.  I told my hubby this morning that the elliptical in the corner collecting dust needs to be used.....so in order to hopefully motivate myself I told him that I cannot have my coffee (love it****il I get on the elliptical....so this evening and tomorrow morning no exercise, no coffee I'm hoping this get's me moving, lol. I'll report in tomorrow with my results.  I know it's only going to be a little bit but each day I hope to work up to more and more.  And, if I could take the celephane (sp?) off the exercise tapes they might just work, lol.

Hi all, Last night was 20 mins forest walk on the treadmill.  Then 2 sets of pull downs, front and behind.  2 sets of Roman chair and inverted chair.  2 sets of an arm machine that works the backs of the bicept and 2 sets of inclined bench press. Then 120 crunches, middle, both sides and with knees up. Followed with 25 mins on the recumbent bike on varied setting. I was taught along time ago to do 2 sets of 10-12 of a weight that the last couple were really tuff so that is what I did. Tonight I get a pedi and a manicure for Cancun so this will be an off night.  Tomorrow is bowling so I am going to try and get at least a walk in. Next full work out is Thursday.

Speaking of suits, tried on the 3 I am taking to MX, they all fit! I was a bit scared!cause I would've been pissed if they were too small. Here's to movin what your momma gave ya! Tmac

Hey there!!! I did 3miles WATP and then followed up with a 20min ab/lower body workout that I taped on FitTv. I also tried out some of those push ups on the steps Kathy~I have to say that push ups are not my favorite exercise, but they are such a great all over workout that I vowed to try them a little more often this year. Doing the step thing was a nice variation~thanks for the idea!

did I move to lose? OMG!  my muscles are screaming at me. But you know what? I feel good. I feel good because not only did I strength train but at this new gym they showed me what,when & how. I plan on doing cardio for 60 min on Thur. YAAA GO ME.
