1 ST day on 5DPT update

wow! This is my first day on the 5dpt and I have to say my head hurts !lol I think I am having withdrawls from low carb. I feel kinda craby but not too shabby.I am weighing in at 137(was 132 back in December)but I am also due for my period this week! ahhhhhhhhhhhh**banging head to the wall*** I got called into work today (I am a massage therapist and yes I even massage at 248lbs). I thought I would get light headed after my massages but I was ok.Luckily I have not stopped my coffee then I think I would of fainted(lol). I have had 2 shakes so far 4 SF cough drops(have a cough and cold) and a stick of SF gum. Coffee and a capaccino SF I am drinking my crystal light right now.I am more thirsty then anything. Then I wil have my shake and SF ice pop later. How am I doing? You think I can have four shakes total? low carb slim fast 2 carbs,8 gram fat ,190 cal. Myloplex light-170 cal,2 grams  fat and 3 carbs. Do I sound insane? I really need a cracker  LOL lol! just kidding at this point all I want is for my head ache to go away! Thanks for listening. Have an orange.  Kaye recommends it for the carb withdrawal. By all means have another shake.  You're doing terrific!  Day 2 will be much easier. Michele

Woke up this morning feeling ok. My hunger was not crazy and I am ok. Had a shake and my coffee. Now I am going to have my crystal light. IM OK! for now. I will bring an orange with me to work today and have it in between clients if I need it,Thanks for the advice! I can't wait for tomorrow!

Hi!  I am on my first day too!!!  Had a cup of beef broth for breakfast, and 2 cups of coffee.  Have a slight headache, but I know that's carb withdrawal.  Goes to show that I've eaten too much!!  Also, for lunch had a protein shake and am currently drinking decaf, no fat latte with sugar free toffee syrup.  Have only managed to gulp down 8 oz. of water...but I'm TRYING!!!!!
