I've gained 53 lbs since my goal weight - Long

Hi Everyone, No matter how we got here - we all got here - thank G-d.  Besides the wonderful fact that we're not alone in this terrible part of our journey - but more and most importantly I hope and pray that pre-ops and post-ops new on this journey will heed these postings.  That they learn that this surgery is not the end all and be all for the rest of their lives.  We have to get our heads on straight or at least feed our needs with love and acceptance and not food.  Maybe one day I'll learn that.  When I get home from florida (visiting my sick dad) I am going to try that 5dpt.  I wish us all luck. *hugs* for your situation I can relate...in the weight gain. I will keep up with your progress. I've heard a lot of people doing the 5 day pouch test, and so that's what I'm going to try out. I have to get my pouch shrunk back to little size again!!! Good luck!
