5 day pouch test

can you eat peanut butter on the 4th or 5th day of the pouch test

I did. Sometimes I like to eat a spoonful if I'm craving something I shouldn't eat even. Good luck.

Yep! Me too,,a Tablespoon of peanut butter just hits the spot sometimes when Im craving something sweet!I did the pouch test twice and did peanut butter both times. It still worked! Blessings Betsy
