Hello everyone, I haven't posted in a couple of months, but I have been around and read some of the posts. I am doing good and losing slowly. I am happy I didn't gain over the holidays. Big goal for me is to get down to 200 #. Then I will make another goal. I hear some of your problems and I certianly understand. I to have low blood sugar. I am not allowed sodium, salt, sugar, eggs ,caffine, choc. ,because I found out just before Christmas that I have Menears diease. Any one have any good recipes for someone that is on NO sodium diet.
