need dessert recipies for tail gate party

We are having a packer tail gate party at work on friday and I was asked to bring dessert. Anyone have a good easy recipie that I could whip up. I was thinking about some type of bars. Deb

Hi Deb, This is very good, try it, I get lots of compliments when I serve it. mock rice pudding recipe 1 package of sf ff instant vanilla pudding 1 16 oz tub of cottage cheese 1 small box of raisins cinamon and nutmeg to taste prepare pudding according to directions.  mix in cottage cheese as it thickens.  add small box of raisins, cinamon and nutmeg.  serve chilled yummy and very high in protein enjoy!

Ice Cream "Lasanga" sf ice cream sandwiches fat free/sugar free Cool Whip red sugar free jam You can make this in as big or as small a pan as needed. Start with layer of ice cream sandwichs.  Spread Cool Whip and dribbles of jam.   Repeat for two or three layers. "Frost" with Cool Whip Freeze until set.  Works best if you assemble the day before.
