OMG, Kathy, I can't get OVER your 1st boxing session!!  I can't imagine how intimidating--not to speak of brutal--that would have been for me!  I'd have been fighting tears at the end of the 10-min. warm-up !    But this is not the 1st time you have amazed me with your determination & guts--I swear, there's nothing you won't try!   Hopefully, you won't be paralyzed with soreness tomorrow!  Can't wait to hear how you like it as you keep at it. I only got in a short workout, but it was all the time I could give today.  I just did 20 min. on the elliptical and then about 15 min. on lower body machines.  This is the 1st time I've done lower bod since the week after T-giving, SO . . . I know I will be sore, even though I didn't do the intensity and # of reps/sets as usual.  I'll get there again. Everyone who contributes to your post every day really helps motivate me!  Thanks, all!

Always,
Jo

Hi Jo, I think I am going to really love it.  They do fighting and such there, they have a ring and everything.  I have not desire to hit anyone and or be hit, but hitting that 300 pounds bag is fun.... It's ok to take it slow,  you know what is best.  I lost an entire year of working out and still not close to getting back to 118 and 10% body fat.  I may never get back there again, but I am going to try like heck You guys keep me going as well Everyone have a great evening... Take care, Kathy
