Fellow movers, Walked on Saturday and went to the gym on Sunday.  Monday I was a lazy azzz....... I stayed home and enjoyed the place to myself while hubby was away at a training course. So we will call it a mental health day. I have changed my cardio to 10 mins on the ellipical and 30 on the forest walk program on the treadmill.  Something has got to give sometime soon, it's been 2 months now and for a stinky 5 lbs. I know you are going to come up here and kick my butt Kathy, but sometimes it seems like it's just not worth it. Tonight I will see if I can get a free app****rainer to set up a plan that might bust this stall. Help me stay the course, I don't want to quit now! Go Pack, Tammy

Hi Tammy, Email me exactly how much and what you are eating a day ok?  Also, stop what you are doing!!!  We need to trick your body.  Either take some time off or do something totally different.  Like swim class, yoga etc. PM me ok? Take care, Kathy
