Walked on Saturday and went to the gym on Sunday. Monday I was a lazy azzz......

I stayed home and enjoyed the place to myself while hubby was away at a training course.
So we will call it a mental health day.
I have changed my cardio to 10 mins on the ellipical and 30 on the forest walk program on the treadmill. Something has got to give sometime soon, it's been 2 months now and for a stinky 5 lbs.
I know you are going to come up here and kick my butt Kathy, but sometimes it seems like it's just not worth it.
Tonight I will see if I can get a free app****rainer to set up a plan that might bust this stall.
Help me stay the course, I don't want to quit now!
