Accountability... what did you eat Sunday
I tried something a bit different on Sunday. No malto meal.
Breakfast: Left over chicken enchilada and a it of refries from the night before and coffee (6 am)
Snack: 4 multi grain crackers, 1 cheese stick and an orange and coffee
Lunch: last stuffed cabbage leaves meal (1 portion) 11 am
Snack: 19 gram protein bar
Dinner: 4 oz pot roast w/ 1 cup vegetables (cabbage, carrots, onions). and 2 oz avocado
Dessert: SF Chocolate candy 1 pc

I had one 24 oz glass of iced tea and 5 cups (10 oz) coffee w/ NSA Swiss Miss and 2 oz soy milk - my drink of choice when I'm really busy. I'm trying to cut back on the packets of water mix. I've got some sort of rash/hives and I think it's splenda but I can't be sure so I'm stopping all that sort of thing for a time.
Yes, RNY worked for me but it also requires a lot of work from me!

I live on splenda myself. I got very tired of water long ago. Right now during this cold time I have become a hot tea snob but I have to have splenda in it. I have always had a sweet tooth..
Good day again for you. I dont know how you can eat one piece of candy. I know I cant do that.. I would eat the whole package so I just dont buy them. lol
Great sailing day and here in Cali the weather is perfect for it.

One piece isn't too many calories and not too sweet. I'm not really big on sweets lately but after a spicy meal or when everyone else is getting a huge hunk of chocolate cake with ice cream and hot fudge or something totally sinful...one piece does me. then i'm off and running again to do something other than the obese persons' exercise (fork in hand to plate and then to mouth, repeat).
Splenda seems to be the only culprit that could be causing the hives and itching I have been getting. I've done equal (aspartame) for years in multiple diet colas per day before surgery so if it's equal, I'm really in trouble. It could be the caffinated Morning Spark, (Gawd I hope not) but for now I'm going with equal and sweet and low for at least a couple of weeks to see if the itchy patches simmer down. I've even stopped with the Morning Spark for a while to see if that could be it.

Well, I was a social butterfly last night! Had a lovely "al fresco" early dinner complete with a few glasses of wine...which totally impeded water intake as it took quite a while to finish them!
