Accountability... what did you eat Sunday
Wait.. let me get my arms up there... Ok so I finaly got my gym put together and this morning I went out and worked out. What was I thinking 3 hours later. oh my.. I cant move. Why does my other half insist on teaching my karate.. I punched my poor daughter in the mouth.. hehehe.. good thing she is a black belt and can handle it and I had gloves on.. Next time I will keep my eyes open.
So how was everyones weekend.. way to busy for me.. forgot to eat lunch so drank a shake..
Had to add a shake just to get it here.

It's called Maximum Complex. Very simular to Pro Complex. Each scoop has 28 grams of protien and I take 2 scoops with water, milk or something like my Fuze drink. I have only been drinking it again since Friday, But I have had one everyday trying to get back on track. I keep my food intake on fitday.com. I have been using that again since Friday. I am trying SO hard. Winter has been historically the time of year I put weight on, So I am fighting it!!!

Today I worked it! I woke up, ate breakfast and went to the gym. I worked out 22 minutes on the treadmill and 20 on the elliptical...not stopping. Then, I came home, loaded the truck and we went to the park. We rode bikes from 12:30-2:15 but did stop and have a 20 minute picnic. I was so so tired and my butt hurts from the bike seat! LOL!
Here is what I ate,.,,again, I tried more calories, tell me if I am doing too much or not enough. I need all the help I can get!
B: Egg casserole (made with egg beaters and green chilies)

L: 2/3 of a Subway Turkey and Ham Sandwich
S: Apple/beef jerkey
D: Taco Roll Up (Basically ground beef (low fat) with fat free sour cream, light cheese and lettuce in a low carb tortilla). Ate 2/3's of it, 1/2 cup of pinto beans
S; I don't think I will eat a snack tonight

For those of you watching, ya think my calories are too high?
I think they are still to low my friend. you should be getting in at least 1200 with your exercise. you are starving your body with that low number. I worked out for 2 hours a day and ate 1000 cal and didnt loose a think. when I went up to 1200/1300 I started dropping weight like crazy. My body needed more.
Just my humble opinion. I would add a protein shake in there just to keep that metabolism going.
