Back from y ww weigh in.....
Hi,
Glad to hear that you did well at Ww weigh-in. I was in panic mode this week too and even posted about it. Its easy to get discouraged when you think you are doing the right thing and feel like its not working. I already had tummy tuck last year so I am just doing everything I can to maintain and even lose about another 7-8 pounds. I want to get under my goal so that I have a little cushion. I felt just like you did, after my weigh ins all week, I was very discouraged with my workout last night and did a half - a88 job on the treadmill and elliptical.
Lo and behold, my battery in my scale was on the fritz and I had to replace it. I weighed in today at almost 2 pounds less than yesterday. I also looked at my weight charts and I usually get back to "normal" about 7 days after my "time of the month" and thats exactly what today was, unnecessary panic.
We have to keep plugging away at this thing, and pray that it gets easier.
I am thinking of going back to weigh****chers too, for the meetings and the weekly weigh =in. I might even be able to follow the core eating plan.
Good luck to you and keep us posted.
Angela
