Weighed in at WW.....

I posted this morning moaning and groaning about only losing 2 lbs since the 1st. I don't know if I got mixed up or what, but from last Saturday to this Saturday at Weigh****chers I lost 3.7. So, I guess it is working.
I DO now I didn't lose much from the 1st of Jan until when I weighed in last Sat. So I am going to count it at 3.7 from Jan 1-today.
Like someone pointed out, if I can do that all year, I would lose a lot in the end.
I would like to get Plastics this summer....I teach and will be off.....and really wanna get 40 lbs off! :-)
I have 24 weeks, so if I can even lose 1.6 a week, I will get there.
I gotta tell you, me being so upset about it this morning even messed up my work out. I got off the elliptical in 12 min instead of 20. Either that, or I just really was tired like I felt! LOL!

Hi there,
I am allowed 24 points which equals about 1200 calories. I don't always use my points, but I do try to get in about 21 points a day!
WHen I choose food, I choose high protein low carb.
It is just a way of controlling our eating.....and being held accountable....I don't follow the diet so much.
I am not sure if it works! :-) I hope so!
