The weekend is here.. yeah.  It's time to plan out our days.  Remember when all you wanted to do was lay on the couch and watch tv.  Doing anything was to much work or you were to embarrassed to participate.  I so remember those days.  This weekend we are going to grandmas and having my sons birthday party.  Blow up, horses, food and cake.. life is good for a kid on their birthday. So here was my day.  Did Hometown buffet for Bobs birthday but I think I did ok

Hellllo :)  I don't mind buffets b/c I can pick and choose what I think is best just gotta do portion control I find. B: Blueberry Cottage Cheese Pancakes with FF rhedi whip and SF blueberry topping, 1 soy sausage patty. S: 1 cup chili homeade (pre gym workout) S: 1 SB cinnamon raisin protein bar (post gym workout) ***Ran 1.5 miles on treadmill incorporating sprints with incline and 45 of circuit training on upper and lower body*** L: 1 3 oz chicken sausage with 1 LaTortilla high fiber tortilla (50 cal) with side salad with romaine, feta, roasted red pepper, onion, black olives, walnuts and low fat raspberry vinigerette dressing. D: 2 pumpkin protein pies with whip and 'frosting' (FF cream cheese, splenda, vanilla extract) S: EAS Shake Cals: 1194, carbs 97, fiber 26, protein 114 Still not enough I may add another snack of yogurt and fruit in there somewhere if I can. Can't build muscle on 1200 cals well.

I went absolutely crazy with food today.

Breakfast: Malto Meal, soy milk, banana and 2 cups of coffee with soy milk added

Snack: Pure Protein bar, Valencia orange, 1 cheese stick

Lunch: Stuffed cabbage leaves, SoBe Protein bar

Snack: V8 juice and 2 Russell Stover SF Candies (2/3 serving)

Dinner: a Chili Cheese Burger (sans bun) from our local place. figured 4 ounces of regular ground, 6 Tbsp of chili sauce (like hotdog chili sauce so I got the stats from a can we have here. ONE SERVING IS 1 Tablespoon?) Lettuce and tomato and a slice of cheese

Dessert: 2 servings of SF Fudge cookies (4 cookies in all) I figured the totals were bad already, add a couple of cookies. I could have skipped them but the heart burn from the chili really needed those cookies.

I was up at 3 am this particular morning cleaning. Vacuumed and did all the dishes and cleaned the bathrooms and emptied kitty litter boxes..I was running all day long (in my own defense, LOL ;p).

Okay, so fessing up to the totals:

Calories: 2310 (YIKES)  Fat: 93 (Whoa) Carbs: 258  (OMG) Protein: 129

Yes, RNY worked for me but it also requires a lot of work from me!

WOW WOW WOW.. what a day for cals and carbs for you.  You did keep pretty busy so you probably burned off some of it.  Maybe you can get one of those pounds back you lost.  hope you are feeling better from the heartburn.   Have a great one Carla

We had our monthly singles fellowship at church and there's always food so I had a a heavier snack to avoid going overboard (the food is out for more than half of the time) and feeling feeling totally bad about it...it apparently worked! B- Nectar Fuzzy Navel S- None L- Turkey ham & swiss on lite bread w/ lite mayo and mustard S- Vietnamese Fresh roll and 2 t dipping sauce D- nachos w/ chili and cheese, apple slices w/ approx 2T caramel sauce, 1c  sweet tea S- 2 slices cinnamon raisin bread w/ pat of butter 1487 cals, 58g fat, 156g carbs, 94g protein, 14.5g fiber 48ozs water

Very glad you were able to keep that in check.  It's hard when there is temptation around.  You need to up tha****er.  48 oz isnt gonna keep that system flushed.   Good day over all. See ya tomorrow Carla

I had pot roast and carrots for breakfast did not have lunch for dinner i had salad (carrots, celery, cuckcumber) and apple pizza. apple pizza is just thin pie crust on bottom, apples, cinn, nutmeg, splenda, white chedder cheese on top baked.  yummy. thin sliced apples boiled in apple juice (I use water) drained add cinn, nutmeg, splenda toss to coat, spread on top of pie crust.  grate white chedder cheese on top bake until crust is done.  yummy.

Sounds yummy but I think you need to eat a bit more.. sounds a little low in cals and protein.  Make sure you are not starving your body. Carla
