Accountability... what did you eat Tuesday
So true Carla...it's important to take a look back at times like those so we can remember how far we've come!
B- Egg beater omelette w/ turkey bacon and swiss, 1/2 slice lite toast

Hi there,
i just got back on track and am going to lose 30-40 lbs and get this skin nipped this summer!!
Yesterday:
B: Weight Smart Oatmeal
L: South Beach Diet Meal Replacement Bar
S: ham with a laughing cow slice
D; 1/3 of balsamic chicken
S: Apex bar
5 bottles of water and vitamins all taken!
I need to get this weight off....my tool still works!!!!!!
Changes, yes there are so many positive changes that have come about since wls. Cold more often than hot and sweaty. I can really relate to that one. I bought an electric blanket and have used it the whole year, even in summer so my DH could keep himself cool with the airconditioner. Prescription medications are now down to only two from the seven that I was on pre wls. Shopping now a pleasure which could become a new addiction if I let it. Walking, previously unable to walk for any length of time or distance or without assistance of a motorized cart is now done without trouble or much thought. That is only a few of the many changes. Good things to remember so that I never let myself go back to that situation.

Whoo hoo.. that is so great... You have had some great changes in your life.
Lol on the muffins. I see that.. it takes a while for that old knee to get to feeling better. Just take it easy and give it time. I was struggling with cookies lately but today I nipped that in the bud.. those feel good carbs just can get you.
