5dpt meal questions

Hi all, Second day of the pouch test - Woo Hoo- I made it through yesterday and it is amazing the renewed sense of Power of control I have over myself. Biggest complaint - I'm exhausted -but I'm sure ridding my body of Mountain Dew and other various crap will do that to me! I am committed to doing this so I have acouple of questions: 1. Yesterday/ today my diet is as follows: water, water, water, sf hot cocoa with protien powder added, sf choc. pudding, home made vegetable soup ( recipe from weigh****chers 3 points for the whole pot of soup) Had the soup for lunch and dinner and the pudding for snack with Hot cocoa for breakfast. Just wondering if what I had was legal? 2. Gearing up for day two: I am wondering if I could use a broccoli Cheese Square recipe that I have for my lunch and dinner - It is simply Eggs, Broccoli, Cheese & 2tbsp of flour for the whole recipe, which makes approx. 20 sq. just wondering if the flour is okay? I don't like seafood and I could make some egg salad but don't want to use that much mayo.  Any comments would be greatly appreciated. Thanks, Bridgett

I dont the think the flour would be that big a deal.. but if you were to pick up some wheat flour it would be better.. but unless you already have it or use it.. just go with your original plan.. I think the biggest thing is that we are PUSHING water & protein to help us get control over all the garbage & mountain dew... lol...  so good for you in planning & making lunch ahead of time..  Have a great day..  dodgergirl

2 Tbsp flour in the whole recipe is a pretty negligible amount per serving; I wouldn't worry about it at all.

What's the recipe? sounds yummy!
