Well it's about time you got that old gimpy leg up and hobbled over to the pc.. I am so glad to see you are back and doing well.. I was missing the muffins..lol.. there it is.. i see it now..
You had a great day as I am sure you have been having. Little hard to do a lot and burn the cals with your knee surgery.. soon u will be ship and shape and running a mile.
