Where do I find rules for 5dpt?

I said I wasnt going to do it, but Ive put on a few and need to really bring this to a halt.  Where do I find the rules etc for the 5 day pouch test? thanks,  Helen

Hiya Kathy, great to see you!!  I hate the fact that we still have to battle.  Its middle of summer here and it sure is humid.  I saw your post about the weather over there, its crazy what is going on here with weather, too.  We have had a drought for 8 years and now its raining like it wont stop.   I am trying to sell my house at the moment, so I am constantly cleaning and stressing over everything.  I have bought another house already, so need this one to sell soon.   How are you going now?  Are you happy being on your own?  I get lonely sometimes, but still know that I am much better off alone than back in that horrible marriage. Is the housing market bad there as well as here?  It's pretty bad.....the value of our home has really dropped.  I know it will pick up but it's scary.  I hope it sells soon. Send pics of your new  home.  [email protected] Well, the other one finally got a job and he is still here only because I need him to help pay the bills.  I was ok as long as he traveled but now his new job puts him here a lot.  It's really hard...I stay in my room and he in his. You are so right, while I know it's very hard for you, you at least have peace in your life knowing you are not in a bad situation.  You are much braver than I.
