Some of the nutritional information for even generic foods are WAAAYYYY off and as such can screw up your totals if your tracking. I've been using their instant brown rice figures, when it turned out they were almost 100 cals over my Publix store brand for the same serving (234 v. 150)!
If you can, enter your own foods whenever possible, especially if you eat them often. I can't speak for other trackers, but if you weren't, I'd definitely start double checking!!
