day 2 of 5dpt help

I made cabbage soup yesterday, cooked in chicken broth, with onions,celery, and small can of tomato sauce, which cooked down to mush.
I had Soy Protein shake with Almond milk-----breakfast
1 c cabbabe soup -------lunch
water, and G2 throughout the day==60 oz
1c cabbage soup ------dinner
Whey Protein shake -----snack
I had under 10000 cal, and under 60 gm of protein

What should I do different to get more protein
the sugars are low also.

Did you put any meat or protein in your soup?, I made ham and bean soup which was really filling. I drink the isopure protein which gives me 25 grams in one scoop, so If I drink 3 of those through out the day thats 75 gram right there. You need to add more protein to make this work. Ive lost 4 pounds, and I THINK, am getting a handle on the carb monster, Debra

I didn't add any meat, because I'm still in the liquid days. I'll add meat to it for day 4. I'm going out today to get more protein shakes, I really can't handle the Whey, so I do soy now. It's hard for me to drink the entire 8 oz of protein, it takes me about 20 mins.
While I'm out I'll get some meat to make the black bean soup.
