Accountability.. what did you eat Friday
Well the weekend is here.. yeah. Although it was a short week for most it was still a week. Everyone got plans for the weekend. It's pouring here in Cali so I dont see to much outside activities. May take the kids out for the day to bowl or go to a movie but cycling is out of the question..
Had a tummy ache tonight for some reason so didnt want to eat so my totals are pretty low. I feel better now but dont want to eat this late. Guess I will catch it up tomorrow..
Here was my day.
I did try and get some protein in at dinner with a drink but missed my 300 shake so I am still low.
Have a great one and I will see you all tomorrow
Carla

I thought Kashi Hot Cereal would be good because the Protein is 9 on it but...I only used 2/3 cup of soy milk so it's still only 14 grams of protein. Malto meal is 13 grams(3 T and 1 cup soymilk). Oat Bran is 17(but uses more of each). Oat Bran is the highest but I like variety so this week, it's Malto Meal. I'll have to add some protein somewhere.
Menu for Friday:
Breakfast: Kashi Hot Cereal made with soy milk, Banana and coffee
Snack: 1/4 cup soy nuts, Homemade protein bar
Lunch: Cheese stick ,1 cup wonton soup (left overs)
Snack: 1 small Banana, 1 piece of SF Fudge (more Christmas fudge.)
Dinner: Chicken Fricassee, 1 cup over 1/2 cup cottage cheese instead of pasta
Dessert: 1 pc Christmas fudge
Totals:
Calories: 1687
Fat: 42
Carbs: 229 (YIKES! the fudge was 58 all my itself! )
Protein: 102
I cleaned all the SF pastries out of the fridge last night and gave them all to the dogs (except the Angel Food Cake...Not even opened) but that fudge has been on the counter and I wanted to give it a try before I tossed it. I think I better toss it. We had so much junk from Christmas but I manage to stay away from it until the mold grows on it then I'm good with throwing it out. BUT SF Stuff just doesn't grow mold. I have to be stronger to toss that stuff, I guess.
Yes, RNY worked for me but it also requires a lot of work from me!

Not too bad overall, but the Breyer's didn't help. My goal is to stay closer to 1200 on a daily basis since I'm trying to lose and not a strenuous exerciser...that'll be easier once I go back to work Mon!:
