Robin... I think at times we are all guilty of the same things.  Realizing it and doing something about it are the hard parts.  It's a new year so dig those heals in and as Nike says, "Just do it." You did good through the holidays in not gaining.  thats sometime I know we have all had problems with in the past.. so that is a great accomplishment.  Happy new year and get a move on girl... you can do it.. congrats on all you have accomplished. I'm still maintaining. That's a good thing. Not losing, that's a great thing. Not gaining, that's a curious thing but I'm okay.  This Friday: 118.8 Since my low of 116 I'm really watching my food intake to be sure I stay well above 1000 for calories but otherwise, I'm holding my own.
Yes, RNY worked for me but it also requires a lot of work from me!

That's great.  I know maintaining has been a tough road for you.. keep the cals up because you are so active now.. you can do it.. glad to see you are up from that altime low...  See ya Carla

Since this is my first post on this thread, I'm gonna use my doctor's weight (on 12/26) for my last week's numbers: Last week: 157.4 This week: 154 My plan for this year is to use accountability in all areas of my life...good or bad, it's the only way I can truly assess a situation and make the necessary changes!  I know the power of being accountable to and with others and I plan to use it to my advantage in '08 and beyond!

That is great to hear.  It shows by the numbers you are doing it.  Keep that up and I know you will reach your goals.  I am right there with you.  We all are there so use us, your tool and your strengh to make it to the next level.. I know you can do it. Carla

last week 135 this week 133 my ibs is getting better thankfully.  i'm going through one of the phases where nothing tastes good and nothing sounds good.  i have been eating 900-1000 calories a day though and getting in about 70 - 80 grams of protein. hope u had a good holiday.
