All right all the new year is here.  How is it going.  This is our chance to sound off on where we are... where we want to be and give up the props for all we have accomplished over the past year.   So here it is for me. Last week 123 Ths week 122 Still maintaining and I am very happy with that. How are you all doing.  Congrats on all you have accomplished because we are all winners here... Taking control of our lives, body and mind to become healthier, stronger people.  You all rock.. Carla

Last week:115..... This week 114....  Trying to maintain but still losing.  Ive lsot 10 lbs in 6 weeks.  Gotta work harder at it.  Jess

From what I see of your intake you need a lot more if you are trying to maintain.  Try and get it up to the 1500 plus range.  That should help a lot.  See you on the Accontability board. Carla

Thanks thats what my dietician said... i just have a problem with over estimating calories i should go back to fitday.  Jess

Woohoo!! I didn't gain anything over the holidays!  Amazing and NOT what I deserve or was expecting, but I'll take it. So this week I am still 168.  Would like to start dropping again now the new year is here. Take care everyone

Thats great Ruthie.  I am glad to hear you had a great vacation.  It was probably all that activity you had while you were here that kept the weight down.  Try to get to that gym and do some cardio.  It works wonders at reducing the weight.  You are doing so great.. now keep that up Carla

Well the GOOD news is that I'm still 137 the BAD news is that I'm still 137 Not losing but at least I maintained and did NOT GAIN over the holidays. Good news still NOT STRESS eating and that is my main focus right now is getting stress eating and GRAZING under control Bad news still NOT moving/working out like I should.  I really need to work on this. Robin
