First Day Results of 5 day pouch test
The day was great. I did have a couple nibbles while making dinner: a tiny bit of cheese and a couple pieces of diced pepper. Not the end of the world.
I made the Black Bean Soup from the 5DPT site and it was fantastic!!!
Looking forward to scrambled eggs in the morning!
As soon as I'm done here, I am off to do some strength training.

I couldn't resist the scale this morning, I was down 1 lb.
I did pretty well both today and yesterday. Yesterday I had 3 protein drinks, cream of celery soup and an apple. I did have a terrible headache! Today I made the split pea soup from the 5dpt site, it was really good! I had 2 cups of it (lunch and dinner) and 2 protein drinks. I'll probably have another protein drink later this evening.
I went to Curves both days, as well as walking the dog.
I'm really surprised at how easy it's been to stay on this. I think it's because I'm determined to break the carb habit!
