What a long list of food I have for Wednesday! Left overs and a buffet will do that. I don't think I'm going to Hometown Buffett anymore. $12 for the pitiful amount of food that I could eat AND they have no sugar free stuff...And just to look at everyone's plate was really like looking at fattening up the hogs, seriously. Well, live and learn.  Breakfast: Oat bran cereal, soy milk and a banana Snack: Soy nuts and roasted green peas (1/4 of each), and 2 sf Fudge Cookies Lunch: Left over Thai food. Another thing that shouldn't be eaten again. No protein, too many carbs. Beef and veggies (measured the beef 1/2 cup or 2.5 oz of beef) Chicken Teriyaki (nearest equivalent, 1/3 cup) and one veggie egg roll a bit later.  Dinner: (buffett) 3 oz baked fish, 2 oz baked salmon, 1/4 cup green beans (surprisingly NO protein in that...hm) 1/4 raw carrot salad and 1 oz of honeydew melon. I ate slow and chewed completely..Finished by 6:30 pm.  Bedtime snack about 9:00: 4 multi grain crackers and 2 TB Reduced Fat Peanut Butter.  Totals (not too bad): Calories: 1659 Fat: 67 Carbs: 162 Protein: 113 I'm seeing the scale increase from that low of 116 to this morning 119. May be water weight but I'm hoping not. I think maybe that bounce thing is "happening". If I'm still up by next week, I'll lower the calories and increase the exercise to try and stop any gross upward "mobility". LOL
Yes, RNY worked for me but it also requires a lot of work from me!

Our hometown has a sugarfree ice cream and a few other sugar free items.  It is tough spending that kind of money to not eat much and they dont honor the wls card to give it to you at  a lower price.   totals look good and I am glad you are seeing and increase. just keep an eye on it.  dont forget cold weather can bring it up to as the body retains to stay warm. See ya tomorrow Carla

Yep still on vacation if you wanna call it that.. spent the day at Loma Linda with my son who as most of you know is autistic and mild MR.  Well they knocked him out... pulled 3 teeth (baby teeth), filled two teeth and he needs a root canal (I have to go back for).  He can finally feel his mouth and has been screaming bloody murder for a while now.. not a fun day. You had a great day of protein as always. See ya tomorrow Carla
