Hey Everyone This time of the year I am so wanting to be in Florida where the sun is shining and it's soooo warm.  It was 2 degrees here with the wind chill of 20 below.  I heard it got down in the 20's in Florida  Now I know the world is coming to an end and there goes my eating fresh oranges for months to come. Last night I went to the gym and took a 45 min core class and then a cardio kick boxing class.  This one was a little different than what I used to do and I really liked it.  So my friends, Did You Move To Lose and or Maintain Today?  Come on, we are doing GREAT  I am feeling so inspired from all of you and just know I am going to get back to goal soon Stay Strong, Sexy and Sassy Take care, Kathy

I'm not working out until after work, but last night I did 15 min on the stairs, 30 min on the elliptical and 45 min on the treadmill. Tonight I will probably do 30-40 min on the elliptical and weight training on my legs.... Kathy, question for you.....when I work out, I always weigh more the next day, I never weigh less. No matter if I only do cardio or only do lifting, or a combo of each. Then on the days that I don't do anything, the next morning is when the scale goes down. What gives? Any ideas? Water retention? I can't be gaining muscle overnight!

Hi all, Today was a momentous day.  I went to the heath club for the first time in over 6 mos. As some of you know, I was walking at home outside since November 19th and said after the holidays I would get to the club. SO! even though I kinda did the same thing inside on a treadmill I did 2.5 miles on the ozark track in 35 minutes and I was sweating.  Then rewarded myself with a 12 minute tan.  Living in the frozen tundra and leaving for MX in 23 days, I treat myself VERY rarely to a little tan session. Big thing here is I actually made it to the club.  Next time is Saturday.  No weights yet cause I am fighting this tennis elbow and it hurts from bowling last night. Hugs and a kick in the shorts if you need it, Tmac
