MrsB, I've been trying a variation of this 5dpt but have gained rather than lost or stableized.  Over the last 3 days I've gained another 2 lbs!  I of course got upset and ate poorly and returned back to my old self...but found out during those 3 days something DID happen to my pouch...It didn't hold much of the "JUNK" that I was putting into it!  I actually got that tight/sick feeling and had to stop the eating.  I'm going to suck it up and do the shopping today to begin once again but on the right foot with you all on Monday.  I will not stop what I've been doing so far, I will stay on day 3 & 4 until Monday but I will return back to day one of the 5dpt.  I realize that a majority of my problem is I don't have exercise in my life so that is something I have to work on during these next several weeks and the rest of my life.  Thanks again for doing this.

Thank you for taking the time to answer my question. I went to the site 5daypouchtest.com and found out what it was and why it is. I am not even a year out yet and I have been cheating. Now I understand what they were talking about in groups when they would talk about people who could not stick to what the program said. I have not gained weight but I have been at the same wieght for 4 months and I am tired of it. My pouch seems to hold different amounts different days so I thought maybe this will get me back on track. I wished the WLS would have fixed my head. I have a strong weakness for certin foods and it is always around me. I exercise 4 to 5 days a week for 1 hour or more each time. Thank you again for your time.
