Anyone have old weigh****cher point guide?
Hi guys!
My hubby and I are going on the weigh****cher program (just at home here) and no longer have the points vs. weight chart that are in the white paper journals they used to give out that tell you how many points you are allowed a day according to your weight. I have the sliders to figure points, etc., but don't have any journals left to see the chart. Can anyone give me the woman's chart as well as the men's chart? Thanks guys!! We're going to give it a whirl and both get on track together. I think that will really help. Of course, I will be monitoring my protein intake as well.
Hope everyone is doing well!!!!
Hugs, Theresa

Theresa, I've looked through all my stuff and can't find a separate chart for men. Here's the latest chart that I have (current weight + points range/daily): Less than 150 lbs.--18-23 pts.; 150-174 lbs.--20-25; 175-199 lbs.--22-27; 200-224 lbs.--24-29; 225-249 lbs.--26-31; 250-274 lbs.--28-33; 275-299 lbs.--29-34; 300-324 lbs.--30-35; 325-349 lbs.--31-36; more than 350 lbs.--32-37. At the bottom, it just says that for teen girls under 16 or teen boys under 19, add 2 pts. to the range. Otherwise, I don't see anything that indicates men having a different chart. Hope this helps! Good luck to both of you!
Always,
Jo
