Did You Move To Lose Today? NO EXCUSES!
Happy New Year Everyone
Well the holidays are over and we are facing a brand new year. I for one am looking forward to it.
Last year was full of loss and emotional challenges for me. It also showed me that I was not as strong as I thought and ran my eating off the road.
One of the things that was such a WOW moment for me was for the first time in my life after WLS, was not having my New Years Resolution to be I WILL LOSE WEIGHT. But this year is the first time I need to say, I will get back in shape and not feel guilty
So my friends, let's help each other with working out and getting our butts moving. I don't care if you are pre-op, newbie, post-op or vet. Exercise is a MUST!!!!!!!
Instead of posting what you did to exercise today, let's post our exercise goal here today. Come in an share and let's get inspired
My exercise goals for 2008!

Eating goals for 2008!

Come on we can do it
Take care,
Kathy

Hi my fellow moving friends!
Like in my previous posts, I've already stated some of my goals.
1. make it thru the holidays without gaining (Whoo Hoo! made it)
2. walk almost every day til the 1st of the year (got to a 2.5 mi in 38mins)
3. NOW, new year. Get back to the health club.
4. meet with the trainer at the club for a new game plan for toning and overall fitness.
5. (I know you wont like this one Kathy, but) Get to goal and loose 50 lbs.
I have found this post so helpful to be accountable for my exercise, hope we can keep it going!
Healthy New Year,
Tmac
