5 day pouch test ????

Can we have yogurt on day 1 & 2???? I am trying to get things ready to take to work tomorrow I have jello, pudding & cream tomato soup (tomato soup made with milk, I guess this is OK???)- just was not sure about the yogurt....  I will have a protein drink before I leave the house in the morning....  the 64 oz of water can it be flovered along as it is sugar free???? I know I can do this and stop the bad eating....... Misty

I'm starting the 5dp tomorrow (Jan 2), too.  From what I read in the FAQs on the website, yogurt is OK for days 1 & 2, as are cream soups  I think tomato soup made w/milk should be just fine. I've got some "soup at hand" and I'm planning to add some powdered milk to it, like I did post-op, to beef it up a bit, protein-wise and thickness / filling-wise.  Back in my WW days, I think their rule was that you could count calorie-free, non-carbonated, caffiene-free liquids for half of your daily water requirement.  Personally I see no problem in counting SF Kool-Aid. No calories or sugar going in, and no caffiene to chase off the liquid you're putting in. Just *my* opinion, though.

I'm starting day one Friday.  I know that I'm going to rely a lot on the whey protein shakes...jello & since you mentioned it I'll do yogurt too. I get kinda sick on the Carnation Breakfast drinks does anyone else? Maybe I drink it too fast. Hang in everybody !
