Cleaning/laundry all done... Hopefully awake at midnight to kiss my dreamy hubby happy new year......... Wow. you had a great day.  look at the protein on this one.. back up there again.  Well I hope you and hubby made it for the kiss.. I was sound asleep at midnight as was the whole family.   You have a great new year my friend and keep that ship sailing smoothly forward. Carla

We made the kiss and I didn't get to sleep until 6:30 this morning... Just not tired... Slept an hour back up again..........So today's protein and liquids will be SKY HIGH, lol since I drank lots during the night... See ya soon... Huggs Debbiie

My goal today was to see if I could go further between meals by adding good carbs and some fruit and still not get light headed. It worked but...I didn't eat enough protein. Or maybe I lost track and didn't note some of what I ate. I keep thinking I might have forgotten something. It was a weird day so it could be both. I thought I had a good day going until we went out for Thai food. My protein levels were really sucky after I actually weighed the beef stick they gave us and i looked at the egg roll...Veggie only..YIkes.

Breakfast: Oat Bran, blueberries and soy milk with two cups of coffee (I put soy milk in my coffee now too)

Snack/LUnch: 8 Multi grain crackers, 1 oz FF cream cheese, 10 assorted olives from Von's Olive bar, 4 marinated mushrooms, feta cheese

Snack: Homemade Protein Bar, 1/4 cup roasted green peas

Dinner: 1 veggie egg roll, 1 oz beef on a stick. Won Ton soup.

Dessert: 1 protein shake 18 gr.

Totals:  Calories: 1350 Fat: 47 Carbs: 145 Protein: 95 I'm off to watch the pre-rose parade stuff on KTTV..They have the best personal coverage..Happy New Year!

the change in eating style is an interesting concept.. Keep us informed how it works for you.  Is the goal witht the new plan to stop loosing or where you having dizzy spells.  Still did well on protein considering the change in the way you are eating.  Seems like a good day of choices.   Let us know how this new plan is working out for you. Have a great day and enjoy the parade.  I watch it every year too. Carla
