HAPPY NEW YEAR ALL!

I just want to wish everyone a happy new year. May you forgive yourself for all you may have done in the past and take this opportunity to start afresh! No one is perfect! I jus****ched 182 high schoolers bring in the the new year - but it was sad to see so many of them with weight issues all ready. I hope you have the chance to be a good example for those that need it.  Here's to a great year! Diona

Happy New Year to you too.  I know what you are saying, everytime I see a teenager overweight my mind goes back to 30 some years ago.  Life is so hard at that point.   I am sure you had a great time tonight. Have a great year Jane
