Yes protein is on the low side but your cals look good.. fat is a little high too.. beans will do that..

Rough day for me, started off with a super duper migrane that lasted most of the morning,
lucky me now with my surgery I am able to take a couple doses of tylenol and it gets rid of my migranes its a miracle... Then we finished putting away decorations... House is about 95% repacked, lol.. Hope Sunday is better, its gotta be woke up without migrane that is good
B= 1/2 AchievOne 10g protein
1/2 protein bar 6 g protein
L= 3 cheesesticks 21g protein
3 triscuits
S= 2 cheesesticks 14g protein
D= yummy to die for baby back ribs I slow cooked...
7 ozs 42g protein
Bedtime= hot cocoa/ peppermint drink 1/2 19g protein
H2O= 109 oz
Protein = 112
