Accountability... what did you eat Saturday
Hello all.. the weekend is here.. spent the day at grandma's but way to cold to go riding. Still a nice day so all is good. I left my oldest with her so they can have a week long girl party. What else do you do with a sixteen year old.. I heard pedicure, manicure mentioned.. and possible new ear piercings... yikes.. I am sure they will have fun.
So I had an ok day. Dinner didnt set well so I ended up having to add a protein shake to make up the protein i lost... opps
Here was my day
I did good on fluids so I am happy with that...
See you all tomorrow
Carla

I love pizza too. I have tried to eat the crust twice now. the first time.. one bite.. i did ok. the second time I had two bites and got a tummy ache. I felt like I had a ball in my tummy. I usually just do the toppings. I am amazed at the calories of one piece of pizza and remember back when I could eat a large by myself.. omgosh that was like 3000 calories for that pizza in one sitting.
Moderation is the key in anything. Just keep an eye on it and do your best and the scale will move in the right direction. I cant say anything about scales cause I weigh at least every morning. Sometimes even at night.. I have gotten better about not doing that one but it is a struggle everyday to not jump on it before I go to bed.
Carla

your right moderation is key..
