hi Holli congrats on your weight loss, your symptoms sound exactly like reactive hypoglycemia.  I too developed this recently and have been doing a whole lot of research on it.. "crashing" (when your blood sugar drops) really sucks!  If its going to happen to me its 1.5 after I eat something I shouldnt have (ie. processed carbs or foods, not protein first, etc) peanut butter helps stabilize the crash, oj is good to bring your blood sugar up quick, but try having protein after it to help keep your blood sugar up otherwise it will drop again. heres a couple links from my previous posts about rhg (reactive hypoglycemia), others have posted great information within the post too :) http://www.obesityhelp.com/forums/wls_grads/a,messageboard/b oard_id,5491/cat_id,5091/topic_id,3453812/action,replies/ http://www.obesityhelp.com/forums/wls_grads/a,messageboard/a ction,replies/board_id,5491/cat_id,5091/topic_id,3481009/pag e,1/#27204960 good luck and happy new year :)
