Another crazy day in the life, including being called into court to possibly testify in a child custody battle...Ugly ugly stuff.
Breakfast: Oat Bran cereal made with soy milk and coffee
Snacks: Left over roasted turkey (3 oz) Dannon 4 oz yogurt with 1 cup of Kashi Go Lean cereal
Lunch: Pastrami sandwi*****luding 1/2 a slice of whole wheat bread, lettuce and tomato (figured it was 1/2 cup of pastrami)
Snacks: 1 Luna Protein Bar, 1 Sobe Cereal Bar, 1 oz cashews
Dinner: Beef Stew (4 oz meat, 1 carrot)
The day was so hectic, I nearly forgot to include the pastrami.

I am sure that is no fun. Hope everything goes ok in that area. Custody battles are never a good thing. As far as food you did really well.. I love pastrami. That sounded so good. Havent eaten any since wls but been thinking about it a lot lately.
Have a great day that is hopefully less hectic..

Hi everyone!
I havent been here in awhile, but am determined to get back on track, so here I am! the holidays were a nightmare for me,,,but this is a new day. I started the 5 day pouch test yesterday, so Im not posting totals for that. Ill be back later though and will post totals for today. Just wanted to say Im back after a long absence,,and need this accountability! So glad you have kept this thread going
Blessings

"For I know the plans I have for you ," declares the Lord. Plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future." Jeremiah 29:11

I am just now trying to get back on track. I am about 21 months out, and have maintained my weight now for a year, but could lose another 10 easily. So while yesterday wasn't a model day of post-WLS eating, it was a huge step in the right direction...
Breakfast - nonfat, no sugar yogurt with 1/8 c. Grape Nuts
Snack - 1/2 cup low fat sugar free ice cream (REALLY a 1/2 cup. I measured!)
Lunch - 1 C. turkey chili with 15 Fritos (1/2 serving) 1 apple
Snack - small piece of MIL's Bundt coffee cake (not good choice, I know)
Dinner - Vanilla Creme protein drink
About 80 oz. of water (in form of water and Crystal Light)
I went to the store today and stocked up on easy protein - eggs, cheese sticks, chicken breast, etc. I have been carbing it up all season so I have been pitifully short on my protein. No sense in waiting until January 1!
Thanks for having this post here. I think it will help!
Cheers!
