Well one more day til the weekend.  How you all doing.  I had a very slow day and wanted to nap all day even though that didnt work out.  oh well.. maybe tomorrow. hehe So here was my day

breakfast:

I didn't do so good on protein Thursday. And I didn't do so good on water. I think I was pretty short at about 50 oz of fluids. I guess mexican food (burritos) isn't packed with protein. I should have gotten the chicken breast, I guess.

Breakfast: Oat Bran Cereal made with soy milk

Snack: 3 pc of SF Chocolates (throughout the morning doing chores)

Lunch: Tina's burrito, Beef N Bean, Green Chili

Snack: cheese stick

Dinner: 1/2 a bean burrito at Tom's, figured a cup of beans, 2 oz of cheese and 1.5 8 inch flour tortilla.

Dessert; 10 gr protein bar

Totals:  Calories: 2033,  Fat; 90,  Carbs: 233,  Protein: 93 I'm just still adjusting on this. I think 2000 calories is just too much but as long as it's only occasional. The carbs are better suited to when I'm running around alot more but again, if it's only occassional..I'm okay, I think. I'm still waiting to see my blood work results next week..We'll have a better picture then.

Yes, RNY worked for me but it also requires a lot of work from me!

HI nice to meet you... yes I see high carbs and low protein.. need to switch that around a bit.. calories and fat were good.. We sail our own ship here so welcome aboard and hope to see you on again.. Carla
