Friday weigh in
Well, I forgot to weigh when I first got up. Stupid Beagle in heat and all the neighbor dogs waiting for her outside....I'm standing around with a pellet gun to shoot the Rotweiller that's taken a fancy to her...So I forgot. Now, after coffee and being up for an hour, I weigh:
118.0.
Good deal! Maybe I should hold off and weigh later in the morning from now on anyway. There's no way I gained a pound + this week. BUT if I actually didn't weigh 116 last week, that would explain alot!

No scales around to weigh on - which is weird as it's the first time since wls that I haven't been able to weigh whenever I wanted to.
So with all the carbs I've been eating and lack of protein I'm expecting to have gained, but I have been trying to exercise more than I usually do, so I may be surprised and it may have balanced out - I certainly hope so. For meals I've tried going for protein fist, but it's the dratted snacks that have been getting me - I'll be glad when I can no longer get hold of cheetos......
I just wanted to post to remind me to think about what I may weigh, even though I don't have a weight to post. Does that make sense?
I'm glad to see you are moving up. You tummy problems have been a real problem I know. Hope that is getting better since I havent seen you post lately on the other board. But the weight gain does show some promise. Have a great holiday and hope to see you on the board again real soon. take care of that tummy of yours.
