Well, I officially lost track last night. I was doing okay yesterday but then I went out to dinner at Chili's and had a Carribean Chicken Salad and have no clue how much of what I ate...Up to that point here's how the day went:
Breakfast: Oat Bran hot cereal made with 1-1/4 cup of soy milk
Snack: cheese stick and 4 oz cup of yogurt
Lunch: 1 cup of buffalo chili.
Snack: 1 SoBe Peanut Butter Protein bar
Dinner: 1 pc of deep fried chicken tender with dipping sauce (just a bit of each one for three bites) Chicken Carribean Salad. Grilled chicken, mandarin oranges, lettuce, tortilla strips, sauce on the side. No clue about how much of what and I only ate 3/4 of the salad and was stuffed.
