Well hump day is here.  I have one more day and than I am on vacation.  I cant wait.  Christmas shopping is done and I am ready for the new year to come.  So how was everyones day. I was a bit on the low side but it all works out over time I guess.  Here was my day.
breakfast:
Quaker Instant Oatmeal, Lower Sugar, Maple and Brown Sugar, 1 serving 120 24 2 4 Remove

Well, I officially lost track last night. I was doing okay yesterday but then I went out to dinner at Chili's and had a Carribean Chicken Salad and have no clue how much of what I ate...Up to that point here's how the day went:

Breakfast: Oat Bran hot cereal made with 1-1/4 cup of soy milk

Snack: cheese stick and 4 oz cup of yogurt

Lunch: 1 cup of buffalo chili.

Snack: 1 SoBe Peanut Butter Protein bar

Dinner: 1 pc of deep fried chicken tender with dipping sauce (just a bit of each one for three bites) Chicken Carribean Salad. Grilled chicken, mandarin oranges, lettuce, tortilla strips, sauce on the side. No clue about how much of what and I only ate 3/4 of the salad and was stuffed.

Before Dinner totals:

Calories: 943

Fat 22

Carbs 127

Protein 68 I have no clue how to read that.

Yes, RNY worked for me but it also requires a lot of work from me!

Vacation !!! Yea YOU !! Good day, had a nice luncheon who is one year out today so that was fun, then did the rounds @ the hospital... Fun day... Cold, but it stopped raining that is great... B= 2eggs 2 cheese 28 g protein L= Part of a Cobb salad, not enough protein in that to count.. but yummy none the less.. S= Protein Bar 15g protein S= 2 cheese sticks 14g protein Late supper= Halibut & some of salad from lunch 5 oz of fish 32g protein Bed= AchievOne 20g protein H2O= 175 oz gosh and I didn't float away, lol Protein 109 Happy day !! Yes in deed, vacation its a great thing.  still good protein although low for you its still a good day. Keep up the good work Carla
