Well the new week is here how are we doing.. tired already from the crazy day.  finally got my pc on line but gotta do all the downloads now.. been working on it all night.. so I will just say.. I ate ok today... I will say I at 1150 in cals and 112 in protein when I figured it out on paper.. it's late so I am calling it a night.. if my pc listens to me.. guess I will see. So see you all tomorrow.. hope to have it working ship shape by than..  carla

Carla, I so feel your pain on the pc issues... To bad there isn't a way we can LOCK certain programs from being turned off... Ok day yesterday for us... Did some shopping to kill time, I love to window shop especially when no crowds, lol.. Breakfast: Oat Bran with Soy Milk and raisins Lunch: 3.2 oz can of salmon, 1 slice swiss cheese (melted w/ tomato and lettuce) Snack: Cheese stick and 4 oz of Shrimp with ****tail sauce Dinner: 1/3 cup frozen peas and a chicken leg, meat only.  Totals:  Calories: 1222 Fat: 40 Carbs; 96 Protein: 123
Yes, RNY worked for me but it also requires a lot of work from me!

I know, bad day, low in calories, low protien.

Boy, today I had my first major experience with dumping.
Made peanutbutter fudge, something I do only once a year. Well, I had to have some and I didn't even wait until it was hardened, I had a couple of spoonfuls out of the pan. Delicious ... until I broke out in sweat, felt weak, lightheaded, extremely tired , really wierd and had GI isues too. Had to lay down I felt like I was going to die.
Luckily that only lasted for about 30mins. I hope I have learned a good lesson from this.

Wow.. sorry to hear about that.. yuck.. been there and it is no fun.  You hae had a low day all around for you.  May just need to take it easy and get that ship upright tomorrow.  I know it only last a short time but the experience last for ever in your mind.  Hope you're feeling better now. Carla

B - .5 cup granola and .75 cup soy milk  L - few tablespoons of rice,  1/3 cup of schezuan beef  & veggies S - 1.5 ounce of jerkey D - Hot Dog with few bies of bun with onions, relish and ketchup S - large tangerine S - 3 ounces of fresh mozarella My calories are actually higher because I wasn't sure how to measure the lunch beef w veggies.  So I just used beefsteak. Calories:   1,036 Fat:  57 Carbs:  72 Protein: 70
