Hey Everyone I hope your weekend was a ROCKIN one for sure Sorry I didn't get our post up on Friday.  I got tied up with work related stuff and didn't get to it.  So....let's get caught up. Friday was a Bicep and Tricep day - ARMS Tricep Pressdown with bar     20 - 10lbs    15x2 - 15   10x2 - 20 Bench Dip - these are where we lower out butts and push back up  20x3  I feel on my butt during the third set and couldn't get back up Seated overhead cable - this one was to hard for me so I did the min weight 20/15/10 Standing dumb bell curl - 20 - 10lbs   15x2  12   10x2 - 15 Sitting dumb bell curl - same as above Cable curl - 20 - 10lbs   15x2   12lbs    10x2 - 15lbs Saturday was a day off Sunday was leg day - well I thought I was going to get a great workout  My son said my form sucked  I thought my form was good thank you very much   But he can see what I can't so here is what I did, but didn't pay attention to weight as I am working on form Squats Lunges Side step with rubber band leg curls/sitting/laying down Steps with weights Whew - I am pooped.  And for those of you that the scale drives you nuts?  I want to lose about 15-20 pounds and the scale as not MOVED.  So I am keeping my eye on the tape measure and body fat.  Who invented the scale?  I want to know so I can beat them So my friends, Did You Move To Lose and or Maintain Today and this weekend?  Come on in and let's get this week before Christmas rolling Stay Sexy, Strong and Sassy. I didnt workout at ll this weekend, but just finished my workout a little wjile ago. 2 miles on the treadmill, 3 sets of 15 shoulders, 3 sets of 15 back, 3 sets of 15 bicepts, 3 sets of 15 tricepts. all on our new smith machine, its really awesome. My husband and I lift together 3 times a week. We also have a weight bench with free weights. I just signed up for a 7 week session of water arobics at our local YMCA starting january 7th, am really looking forward to that. I was doing water arobics at another health club but it closed down in Nov and I really can tell the differance. Hope everyone moves to at least maintain over the holidays, I know Im struggling, Debra

INSANE! was my weekend to say the least. Friday was my sisters wedding, then caroling with my Legion post, my brother and his wife decided to use my guest room that night too, so big off day. Saturday cook everyone breakfast and catch up on my house work and errands b4 the big dump of snow, we got about 5 more inches.  another off day. Sunday, shoveled snow for about 1hr at least, then watched the Packer game while doing laundry. Off again. So back on my today, I knew this weekend was going to be rough, so I need to not let this little break stop me as it so often has. Kathy, you bad girl, you told me to hide my scale.  I read your post, now you better hide yours! LOL. Let's try and get thru the holidays without any extra presents, I mean pounds. Keepin on, Tmac

Hi Tammy, I had not been on the scale for 3 weeks and pulled it out.  I know practice what I preach While you didn't workout officially you really did workout this weekend.  Getting in all that running around and shoveling was great for you.  But the only bad thing is Monday comes around and we don't feel like we had any time off!!!! Keep up the great job you are doing.  And hey the Bears suck so bad I just may star****ching the Packers????  NOT!!! Take care, Kathy

Hey Kathy! You're busy as always! Great work! I did 3 mile WATP this morning and followed up with a good stretch and some crunches. Not sure what the rest of the day holds.  Happy Monday All!

Yep, I am still moving.  Did my 4 mile WATP dvd yesterday, and did two miles today, jogging the entire time.  I went to my work holiday party Saturday night, and the theme was comfort food!!!  I ate a small spoonful of just about everything, and enjoyed it tremendously.  I am pretty good about knowing when to stop, so I don't get uncomfortably full., or sick.   Unfortunately, that was the night the blizzard started here, so driving home was most unpleasant, to say the least! Off to the post office, and a little more shopping, ho ho ho. Debra M.

I had a busy weekend rode my bike 20 miles, Drag my tony little machine out for about 20 min and did some band exercise and then off to the mall. To walk around with friends and then out to lunch. which I think the dog got more of my meal than what I ate lol. Sunday was a very lazy day did my latin dance dvd and wore my flex belt. ( it suppose to be like doing sit ups by only done the lazy way.lol) Today was back on the routine. Got up at 630 and was at the gym by 7 and work out till 930. C ame home and rode my bike for 20 miles. While I wore my flex belt and caught up on my email and what been going on. On the different boards. Hope everyone has a safe and wonderful nite. And they are enjoying the up coming holidays. sweet dreams till tomorrow :} Taichi
