So I am on my laptop cause my desk pc is being reformated to fix the problems I having with it.  I swear my daughter is never gonna touch my pc's again.  this one has tons of errors happening too including I cant use my sparkpeople on it.. after I finish that one i will start working on this one..  Kids just dont understand they cant just surf the web like they do and download anything that pops up.  I have a great virus program but she has learned to turn it off which is what got me.  So I will be busy for a while fixing it and I need to get the driver for my intranet modem.  i seem to have misplaced it.  so I will tell you about my day. B-  protein shake 110....25 L- roastbeef and chicken with cheese and some gucamole sauce... about 200 cals with 24 pro S- protein bar.... 170.... 20 S- sf chocolate chip cookies.. they are gone now that goodness... 200 cals and 6 pro D- salad and spagetti sauce.. yummy... 200 cals again.. 20 pro. S- ice cream 120..... 4 pro hmmm... 1010 cals and 99 protein  i will add a shake tonight than for 1120 cals and 124 protein.. That looks better.. Have  great one and I will see you all tomorrow.. Wow great day for you, minus pc FIXES... KIDS Yipes !!!! Your lunch sounded really good to me..  We went walking for 2.5 hours today, at a huge outdoor market, hardly stopped at all, nothing really interested me but we walked to kill 2 hours.  Hubby and I were having our rings resized.  My wedding ring was a 13 when I started a year ago... Had it resized to an 8.5 in April, then today down to a 7.. Pretty cool... Then hubby losing 58 pounds on my journey his ring went down a whole size.. They also resized a couple other rings that hubby bought me last year for Christmas, from an 8 to 6.5.............Never been a 6.5 in ANY thing in my whole bloody life, except when I was waiting to turn 7... LOL B= 2 eggs 2 cheese 28g protein L= 1 cup turkey chili & cheese 32g protein 3 bites pinto beans S= Protein bar 15g protein D= OMG sooooooooooo good, shrimp & scallops with garlic butter mushrooms ff sour cream & Feta cheese... Ate mostly seafood it was to die for... YUMMO !! 7oz of Seafood alone 42g protein Bed will be AchievOne 20g protein H2O= 109 + 33oz waiting here for dinner to pass.. good day for you.. just got to work and it is freezing.. someone shut off the heater.  Great protein day for you.. Keep up the good work and that long walk probably burned some cals.  I still need to resize my rings.  I cant wear any of them cause they are so big.   It's a neat feeling. See ya tomorrow Carla

I was up way too late last night and today I paid for it with absolutely no energy until I'd taken two naps.  Breakfast: Oat Bran cereal and soy milk (regular, plain) with a med/larg banana (This was 18 grams of protein, great start!) Lunch: Peanuts, green peas(roasted) and dried cranberries munched throughout the day on these. And a protein bar (This was really bad, I know now) Dinner: Chicken burger [patty with a 1/2cup of chili and a slice of cheese.  Desert: a SF cookie Totals Calories 2223 Fat: 116 Carbs 191 Protein: 132 I think those peanuts need to go into the trash. I ate way too many of them and they were much more than I thought in calories and fat. But it's suppose to be a good fat...Oh well, I can make excuses all night long and still will be over 2000 calories. I do need to gain a couple of pounds but not all at once...
Yes, RNY worked for me but it also requires a lot of work from me!

lol... my nut has always told me that nuts are not good... the protein content is not worth the calories they give you.  She even went on to say that she prescribes nuts for people who want to gain weight or maintain because of that very reason.  Yes they are good fats and carbs.  I have a friend who has never lost all her weight because she munches on nuts/trailmix during the day.  She complains she cant loose but wont listen to me about the nuts.  For you it may be just the ticket.  Jus****ch out..Like you said you dont want to gain it back all in one day..hehehe. Kids--can't kill 'em, can't give 'em back! My day was skewed-- Up at 0830, had my normal breakfast of GNC Dutch Chocolate shake w/1% milk, a banana. Off to the gym at 0930--got waylaid by a sale at Kohl's and spent too much time picking out a 'new set of pretty undies (OOOH!) and a pair of size 12 slacks!! Back from the gym at 1115, got cleaned up and left to meet a nice guy for a museum date.  Ate a protein bar for a snack. Saw an interesting film at the museum (David & Layla), walked around the various exhibits, visited the museum store.  (Saw some great inventive jewelry--I love the creative mind!) Went to a local casino for a great meal--Shrimp Pan Roast (I'd never heard of it but it was great!) with some fresh crusty bread Spent the rest of  the evening relaxing. Late snack--roast beef w/swiss cheese on one slice of whole grain wheat bread w/mustard. Dessert:  Fage yoghurt w/mandarin oranges No idea how much protein, etc., but the day was so great i didn't really care!

Wow that does sound like a good day and a special day like that, just enjoy and dont worry.  You ate all the right things, got exercise and had a fantastic time.  what more could you want. You did great girl.. See ya tomorrow Carla

Wow!  You guys are the protein queens! B - Greek Gods pomegranite yogurt (it's incredible and only 12 grams of sugar, unfortunately, it's full fat) S - 2 cheese sticks L - inside of a chipotle chicken taco with extra salsa D - Oat granola and soy milk S - 2 lices 2% American Cheese Calories  860 Fat             40 Carbs        71 - yogurt and granola Protein      57 The fat is wrong, I couldn't find low fat cheese sticks on the list.

Wow... low day for you.  I know you are barely a year out.  AT that time my doc had me shooting for 1200 a day, which I fail to meet most days.  If you are stalling in your weight loss it could be that your body still thinks it's starving.  You might want to add a protein drink in during you day.  would give you a few more cals and your protein numbers could sure use it. I dont think we are protein queens.  Most of us try to hit about 100 plus a day.. I figure with absorb problems it makes up the difference and protein is harder to burn than carbs so it keeps the metabolism going and also helps me stay full longer. I think when you get to the later stages and you are trying to keep cals down you will see the difference.  right now you could get them up a bit and it would help you some.   Youa re doing great with your choices so keep that up.
