Ok.. so it is midnight here and I am just coming in from my party.. What a great time.  We had about 60 ppl show up to enjoy the fun.  We got all to ride on the trolly and the christmas cyclist came by on their bikes.  They actually dress their bikes up... one looks like a sleigh and he were a santa outfit.. but the best on is the big tricycle that is a christmas tree.. the person is inside it and looks through a hole in the tree.. Than Santa (our mailman) comes by and talks to all the kids and give out candy canes.  Because he knows their names the get all crazy.  Last but not least the carolers came by and we had a group of 4 guys playing  horns doing christmas carols. The spaggetti was good the food was good and everyone seemed to have a great time.  I am tired though.  What a long day. So back to food.. yikes.. I decided not to worry about it tonight and eat whatever.. someone brought sf chocolate chip cookies.. opps.. and chips.. ut oh.. I was bad, but I think for what I did and how busy I was today, I will be ok.. so here it is in its ugly form

The day started out so good but when I got to my brother's party...I lost all hope of keeping track of how much I ate.  Breakfast: 5 oz rib eye steak and 2 large fried eggs. Hubby says i had alot more than a 1/4 cup of hashbrowns but I'm sure I didn't cuz I can't eat that much... Lunch: 1 cheese stick and a protein bar Dinner: This was the party, spread out over 3 hours. I had 8 jumbo shrimp (those I could count) with ****tail sauce, a chicken egg roll(counted) , 2 fried or baked cheese sticks(counted), several slices of exotic cheese (not sure at all what they were but they were GOOD!) I didn't have any sweet stuff at all and my brother is a master baker. He even hinted he wanted me to taste the fudge cuz it didn't turn out right and he wasn't sure what he did....Just couldn't do it. I sure didn't want to barf in front of all those people (my dad included...AND my silly step sister) . But even hubby commented that I ate alot and they were all bugging me about "Now don't lose any more weight! You're eating, right?" Well, I sure ate last night. I made SURE the commenters saw me fill up three plates! Here's what fit day said I did Calories 1548 Fat: 75 Carbs: 60 (WOW! I should eat like this more often!) Protein: 154. YOWZA.

Hi!  I new to the board, I had my surgiversary on December 1st.  I can't believe that it has been a year already.  I haven't been tracking my food and went overboard yesterday so I figured I better start tracking properly again.  It's funny how your impressions of volume change.  I thought that my numbers would be alot worse than they were. Breakfast med. apple and two ounces of peanut butter Lunch & Snack - didn't eat a proper meal 3.25 oz bbq popchips two ounce string cheese 1.5 ounce of beef jerkey Dinner ..84 pound potatoes au gratain (really bad, I know) Brothers banana crisps Calories:   $1,728

Calories   1,728 Carbs       165 Fat             89 Fiber         19 Protein      77   (the only good thing) Not surprisingly I woke up wanting to eat, too many carbs, particularly non-natural.  Generally I don't track them becuase I don't eat wheat and few other grains.  But I think 165 is way overdoing it!

Well it's a pleasure meeting you.  I see you are still trying to loose so you are still in the dieting phase.  Seemed like a few to many calories and not enough protein.  Is that your usual intake each day.  We sail our own ships and have control of what we do.  Some just monitor protein others the whole thing.  It is up to you how you sail your ship but with our support I hope we can help you sail it in the direction you want to become the healthy person we all started this journey for. Sounds like you all had a great time. Those extra calories are not going to hurt. It is not like you over indulge every day and you know you still did better than what we know we would have eaten in the years before wls.

We got more snow today, I hadn't shoveled snow in many years, but this year I didn't think twice about doing it and it didn't even bother me or tire me out, plus it was a good arm work out
