I wish like heck that i had seen this aricle before my DUI of 3 weeks ago. Thank you so much for posting this! I have sent the link to my attorney, so perhaps it might help my case. I knew I felt fine to drive. The cop totaly did not believe that I'd not had a drink for 4 hours.. - Not sure if this will help or hurt my case..but it was a very informative article.
