I'm not losing like I want to BUT I'm MAINTAINING so this is a GOOD thing. Sooooo far I'm handling the stress eating, grazing and holiday eating better than I though I would. I can't complain. Robin

I would gladly take a couple of spare pounds off someone/anyone at this point...Weighed in at 117.8 this morning.
I believe it's the stress that I'm going through that's causing the weight to fall off. Exactly opposite of my body pre-surgery. I used to eat and gain at least five pounds if I was going through a stressful time. Now I can't eat (bread and all those stress foods) so I'm nervous and running around like a mad woman, cleaning and doing more (to keep my mind off of all those stress foods I can't eat) and so, I lose more...Que Las Dima!
I'm eating Oat Bran for breakfast now...Wow. 7 grams of protein per serving. If I make it with soy milk that will be 15 grams of protein...I'm sqeezing all the protein I can into this menu plan deal.
Yes, RNY worked for me but it also requires a lot of work from me!

That sounds like a much better choice for breakfast.. I will check that out myself. I cant believe you dropped again.. I know it's cause you are just a ball of energy running around getting stuff done. I get tired reading all the things you do each day. remember when it was a chore just to get off the couch to get more to eat... gone are those days my friends.. you body will go were it wants than stay where it wants. you are doing all you can to take care of yourself and you are doing a great job at it.
