Well a busy shopping day for me.  With 4 kids it can get pretty crazy.  Did not eat enough I know.. May try and get a protein shake down but just not hungry and dont want anything right now at 11 pm at night..  So here was my day
breakfast:
protein drink, 1 serving 110 0 1 25 Remove

Had a great day. Two days till I get off work for my vacation and we had a holiday (politically correct) party. I'm sure I'm forgetting some of what I ate but it wasn't the protein so oh well.

Breakfast: Malto meal, raisins, soymilk, coffee

Snack: Cheese stick, Protein bar (home made)

Lunch: Turkey Roll, about 4 ounces I'd guess, Chili made with buffalo (I brought), rice noodles (maybe 1/4 cup) raw baby carrots, 4 meat balls

Snack: 8 SF Wafer cookies (everyone else was eating chocolate cake and stuff like that..)

Dinner: 1 and 1/2 cups of my Chili...Really good this time. I think I have the chili cook off won this next year..

No dessert: Totals Calories: 1614 Fat: 46 Carbs: 185 Protein: 113 I know I ate something like rice enchilada something with two wheat crackers

Yes, RNY worked for me but it also requires a lot of work from me!

Well sounds like a good party than. you made good choices which is always hard to do at a party like that..  your protein is awesome and all the numbers are right were they should be.  Keep up the good work.. Carla

Good morning, i woke up today and am up 3 pounds, i almost fell off the scale trying to get off it quikly, its my fault let me admit, this weekend i was on a roll i was grazing and sipping alchol like someone was paying me ,might as well have sat down with the bottle and drank all at once. i went to a baby shower and 2 graduation parties, boy did i go overboard. Darn African food which taste so good and almost all is fried. anyway am getting back on track. b..2 boiled eggs anf 8oz of coffee. l....3oz of tuna. s...2 chocolate cookies d....2 eggs and  a slice of toast. drank about 128oz of water. didnt get alot in, crazy week reading of my finals. Be blessed

Okay lets see what I had yesterday: 5am: AchievOne (20 grams of protein) & 1/2 cup of Lean body Vanilla protein shake w/Spiced Chai (10 grams of protein) Breakfast: 2 egg omelet w/ff slice of cheese & 1/4 of homemade beans (humm about 23-25 grams of protein) Snack: 1 1/2 scoop of Elite Cafe Mocha w/decaf coffee (cold all day) (30 grams of protein)  Lunch: Turkey meatballs soup (just threw everything today) Dinner: pork chops cut up in a chiptole sauce, beans & small amount of rice Thats my story and I'm sticking to it :) So I know I got around 100 grams of protein if not more...just can't seem to enter the home made stuff in the system...  LOL

6AM   1 c applesauce SF w/ my pwder vit 9AM protein shake  23 protein 12PM 2 PB balls 2 protein shake 23 protein 5PM ground turkey w/ cheese 7PM 2 PB ball 9PM protein shake 23 protein  well looking at this I sure got the protein in ,the only carbs I ate was the applesauce.  I did drink  over 100 oz of water though.
