Welcome Therese! This is a wonderful board with lots of support even for "non-weightloss" related issues. I'm going into my 20th month come January 8th and I have never been happier. I've had a million changes in my life, in fact my life now is not even remotely close to how it was 2 years ago...and I could not be happier. :)

Thanks for the warm welcome. I know what you mean about the changes-and I am just a year out. I really BELIEVE I am going to have to work extra hard to get to my personal goal of 150-and at the same time-I know that to have lost this much weight is the miracle of all miracles in my life.
And I thought it would be about the clothes and stuff-but I am the girl that will cry when I sit in a chair with arms! It's just too wonderful! LOL!
