Hey Kathy, you're still doing it, even if its at home!!! Your weather has been terrible! I hope you get some relief soon!!! Jim and I walked outside today~3 miles~it was only 35, but I wrapped up tight and it felt good to get outside.

I was under the impression you guys get lots of snow?  Have you gotten any?  I see the moisture is headed your way....  I don't mind snow, but this ice is the pits That is so awesome you go walking with your DH.  It's more fun with someone isn't it? Great job as I heard you burn more cals when it's cold outside and I would say 35 is cold. See ya tomorrow Take care, Kathy

Yep, we get lots of ice and snow~I'm right on Lake Erie so its Lake Effect here all the time, but yesterday was a beautiful day! Today, not so great, LOL, rain, ice and snow!!!! I have to add to yesterday's workout b/c I ordered Leslie Sansone's walking tape for kids and I did it for the first time with my boys. They actually really enjoyed it!!! I was pleasantly surprised. I thought it was only a 1 mile tape, but it had 4 segments that took about 45min to do so it was way more than a mile and they both made it the whole way and had fun doing it! I'm going to call their office and ask them just how far we walked!!!

I'll be heading to the gym after dinner.  Today is weight training day.  I'll lift about 150,000 pounds total.  I also do my ab work on the swiss ball, my pushups on the ball, a couple hundred crunches, and at least 30 minutes on the elliptical.

Yes ma'am.  I've been body building for a little over a year now.  I'm the number one female weight lifter at my Y and am usually number two at the gym including the guys.  On Saturday, when I do my heavy lifting, I'll lift over 250,000 pounds total.

YOU ROCK! I was into it really hard core about 6 months before my Plastic Surgery and then being laid up for almost a year lost it all.... Now I am trying to get back to it by working with my son. You are my inspiration!!!!! Take care, kathy

Hi Everyone, I just got done shoveling out my work van ( I'm a technician for AT&T) and took the stairs 2x.  And I was slightly pleased I didn't get winded till the 4th floor this time. The weather is rather pleasant compared to most of the days we had to I see a 3-4 miler coming on tonight.  No Bowling this week because I have a tennis elbow that really needs a break. God Bless all you movers and shakers! (maybe not shake or jiggle, but you know what I mean!) Kathy, you are doing so great.  Sometimes the change up is good (and a light night now and then isnt the devil either). Your horse has arrivedso giddy up girl! Tmac. 5:24 cst.  We, me and Mandee my 7yr Yellow Lab just got done with 2.5 miles in the slush in 55 minutes.  Really got to watch the pace so I don't end up on my rock hard booty!!LOL! Tonight's walking temp, 30 degrees.  The nicest temp in awhile!   So many of you are REALLY kickin some a$$ I almost feel guilty posting with you all.  The 19th will be 30 days of walking, I've got to find reward in that. (sorry I'm so needy!) Till tomorrow, Tmac
