Accountability.. what did you eat Tuesday
Hey all. we are nearing the middle of the week. How is it going.. are you all ready for Christmas. i am not even close. yikes..
Today i was not to bad. I am trying to get the cals and protein up a bit. did go there but of course I am stressed about gaining weight. Guess time will tell..
Here was my day

I ate like a demon yesterday.
Breakfast: Oatmeal, SF Maple with raisins and soy milk (could this cause an RHG reaction? Had one about 2 hours later)
Snack (in a hurry) 2T peanut butter, Cheese stick and a SoBe protein bar
Lunch: 3 oz left over buffalo meat, 5 spears of asparagus and alittle (1/4 cup) rice, Dannon L/F Yogurt 4 oz
Snack: Homemade Protein bar with added peanuts
Snack: Innards of a couple of crousant sandwiches...not one piece of bread but I figure 3 ounces of turkey ham and a bite (1 oz) of roast plus a slice, maybe two of cheese (swiss for the most part)
Dinner: 1 egg roll and 1 beef stick at our favorite Thai place. Gave our son my rice and noodles. I did eat alot of the Wonton soup...And because of the salt, I swelled up alittle. over 2 pounds up this morning. 119.0 It's got to the the salt..

I ran a report of my eating on fitday for the averages. For the last month I've averaged 1670 calories a day..Not bad. I'm satisfied with that actually. Not so worried about losing a pound and gaining a pound too much. My vitamin intake (according to fit day) is right around 80% (C and K and others) so with my vitamin supplements, I know I'm doing okay on the intake side...it's the absorbtion side so probably the 17th I'll go in for some blood work to see where I am.
My ship is good and steady and right on course, I think.
Yes, RNY worked for me but it also requires a lot of work from me!

You are not one of those impatient ppl that cheat before Christmas are you.. My other half is like that... and goes crazy because I dont have a problem waiting til Christmas.
good protein for you.. did you see mine.. i kicked it up a notch yesterday. I hit 150.. not bad ... You are inspiring me to get more in each day both food and calorie wise..

Gee, thanks for wondering where I was. I used two different programs for my dvd. First I used a scrapbooking program called scrapbook max to organize and arrange my photos and add backgrounds and embellishments then I imported my finished pages into
windows movie maker and added transitions between pages and special effects and music.
Today I baked two coffee cakes to give to my neighbors for xmas and then I made 3 loaves of Swedish Limpa bread. One of the loaves broke in half, and what did I do, I took a taste ,then another and another which ended up to be about three pieces. It tasted so good but luckily very filling so that was the end of my bread eating meltdown.

The carbs show your transgression with the bread..lol.. protein could also be higher but you will make it up tomorrow.. see every once in a while it can be different even for you...lol
Welll thanks for the info I will check ou thtat program and see if it might work better than the one I have.
