Did horrible on calories but really really good on protein.. Breakfast: Malto meal with soy milk and raisins and coffee Snack: Home baked protein bar with nuts, Cheese stick Lunch: Shrimp 4 ounces and green peas, 1/2 cup Snack: Sobe Protein bar Dinner: 4 ounces Buffalo meat, 4 broccoli flowerets and 1/8 cup of rice pilaf Dessert: 4 oz Dannon Yogurt Light/Fit Totals: Calories: 1151 Fat: 21 Carbs: 124 Protein: 107 AND the scale was bad to me this morning. 116.8 Damn it. I think it's the stress.

Yes, RNY worked for me but it also requires a lot of work from me!

Very nice protein.  Well the cals are low but I think it's hard to keep them the same everyday unless you eat exactly the same things.  All good choices so dont fret it.. Keep it up girl Carla

Hey you... wow.. that was a high bagel for the day.. i had to look twice at that.. Protein is a bit low but cals are right in there even with that bagel..lol... Havent seen you for a while.. hope all is well..  Stay healthy Carla

Hi all, been super busy, this time of the year I guess. I finally finished my dvd of family photos, complete with music. It came out pretty good if I say so myself. I think my family will enjoy it. It is the first one I finished for my side of the family and will at some time follow up with a second dvd. I had so many photos I could not organize them into just one dvd. Plan on getting some baking done tomorrow since my car is in the shop.

There you are.. was starting to worry about you.  What program do you use to do you dvd's.  I have studio ultimate 11 and i am having major problems getting it to work right for me.   I am sure your days have been right on course as always even with the busy schedule you have.
