Did horrible on calories but really really good on protein.. Breakfast: Malto meal with soy milk and raisins and coffee Snack: Home baked protein bar with nuts, Cheese stick Lunch: Shrimp 4 ounces and green peas, 1/2 cup Snack: Sobe Protein bar Dinner: 4 ounces Buffalo meat, 4 broccoli flowerets and 1/8 cup of rice pilaf Dessert: 4 oz Dannon Yogurt Light/Fit Totals: Calories: 1151 Fat: 21 Carbs: 124 Protein: 107 AND the scale was bad to me this morning. 116.8 Damn it. I think it's the stress.
